Immigration Medical Exam

We have over 20 years of experience providing patients in Miami with immigration medical exams necessary to obtain their immigration status as quickly as possible. Applicants filing for a green card must submit USCIS Form I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record). This form must be completed by a USCIS-approved civil surgeon.

Pre-employment

Examinations are screening tests that judge the suitability of a worker for hire based on the results of their physical examination. This is also called pre‑employment medical clearance.

School Physicals

Some colleges/schools require a physical exam to start class. We make it easy for students to get the paperwork needed for registration. Also called pre‑participation physicals.

Sports Physicals

D.O.T. Physicals

D.O.T. physicals are required by federal law for individuals who wish to begin or continue driving commercial motor vehicles. The purpose of a D.O.T. medical exam is to assure that drivers are mentally and physically fit enough to drive commercial motor vehicles on the road without posing a threat to their health or other drivers on the road.

We understand that drivers work long hours to earn a living and provide for their loved ones. Our goal is to keep you on the road by providing excellent affordable service. Upon completion of your physical examination, our D.O.T.‑certified medical examiner will provide you medical certificate.
